John O’Bryan’s combined 40 years experience started with cottage construction as a carpenter & Joiner (licensed LBP), before project managing larger projects with qualifications that included Clerk Of Works (building surveyor). Culminating in an Architectural Degree and subsequence registration as a licensed Architect. With his broad experience we are able to offer our clients reliable design solutions way beyond their expectations.

About John

His passion for improving our relationship with our built environment led John to establish Boxclever.

John’s extensive portfolio includes: design development analysis, age care facilities, commercial facilities, hospitality, residential both new builds and renovations, including low cost housing.

Boxclever is an architectural design company based in Hawke’s Bay, supporting clients across New Zealand. We are focused on utilising design as a tool to maximise our clients relationship between their building and its environment.
